This week marks the final week of beta testing for Halo 5, which means that players can begin to see the full game in their native home screens.
As a bonus, we’ve also got a look at the game’s design, including how the team has changed how weapons work and what they want to see in future games.
In addition, we’re looking at some of the game tech that was revealed during the Halo Beta, and we’ve got the first screenshots of the new weapon designs for each of the four races, which will be available to download as early as next week.
We’ll be updating this article throughout the week as more information becomes available.
Halo 5 will be released on October 27, 2018, and will be powered by the new Frostbite Engine, which was announced by 343 Industries on the show floor last year.
You can read more about the new engine at Microsoft’s press conference on Tuesday.
