Game design is one of the most sought-after professions in the game industry.

But what it takes to become a video-game designer, and how to get a job as one, has been a topic of heated debate for decades.

What makes a video games designer?

Video game designers create games that can be played and enjoyed by people from all walks of life.

They create worlds that are immersive and interactive, and they employ some of the world’s most creative people.

The profession has a history of being dominated by white men.

Women making games is still very much an industry in its infancy, and a lack of representation can often cause a disconnect between the creator and the game.

For example, the recent announcement that indie developer Zoe Quinn would no longer be working with developer Obsidian Entertainment following a sexual assault allegations from a former employee, has sparked a new wave of scrutiny on women in video game development.

According to industry sources, the reason behind Quinn’s departure was the company’s unwillingness to hire women, as it believed that the experience would have been “too painful” for the former employee.

But a new report from game developer and writer Zoe Quinn’s ex-boyfriend and game designer, Sam Raimi, suggests that women in this industry may not always be happy with the status quo.

In an interview with Polygon, RaimI shared that he was not happy with Obsidian for hiring two women, and the reason for their departure was that he felt the company was not making enough games for the market.

He said:I was told that they had two good women in place and that they were trying to do a few things to get their foot in the door, and it was like a little push to the side.

That was my impression, but they were going in the wrong direction.

But I was also really disappointed by what they were doing with the game, and I felt like there was something missing.

So, what did he do?

Raimi went on to say that he had spoken with the company and said, ‘Hey, you know, you’re hiring two white dudes, and you need more women in there, and we’re not doing that.

You know, we need to start working with women and people of color.’

And then I was like, ‘What?

We’re not hiring women?

I know you can hire white guys, but what are you going to do to change that?’

And the company kind of said, You know what?

We are going to work on it.

I mean, the way it works is they say, Well, you want to hire two women?

No problem, we’ll just hire two white guys and we’ll start talking about hiring more women, you have a little more money, we’re going to talk about you hiring more people, and then we’ll do it.

But when it comes to the fact that they didn’t hire any women, I’m like, What?

That’s terrible, I really feel that you are saying something that is not true, that’s just completely wrong.

It’s like, Are you telling me that you want women to do that?

And I mean it’s not true.

It was a really nice meeting with Obsidia and I didn’t have any problems with it, but then when you say they are not hiring enough women, there are a lot of things you have to address, like, You have to hire more women and you have no idea what that means for your business.

And that’s what they are going with now.

The game is being developed and you’re just not going to be able to hire enough women because you have never done that.

It’s not like they just took my advice and started hiring women, but I guess they feel like they have to change it and they’re just doing what they’re doing, and that’s really sad.

I’ve never heard that kind of argument, because it’s really not the way that it’s supposed to be.

The reality is that they’re actually hiring a lot more women than they were before.

And they’re hiring women at the highest levels of the company.

And you can’t just just get rid of women at that point.
